Anitha Texcot is enguaged in manufacturing and trading of yarn and cloth, processing & garment production of textile products.

Knitting and Weaving

Weaving is done by sophisticated Auto Looms with modern circular knitting machines and flat beds for making plain, dobby and jacquard designs, We have the capacity and to knit grey and colored yarns

Dyeing and Compacting

We sue Soft flow machines for bleaching and colour dyeing of both yarn and fabric. The dyes that are used are Eco-freindly AZO free dyes and approved by the Global Organic Textile Standard, The effluent is treated in ETP and RO unit for ensuring cleaner environment.

LAFER Italy Tubuler Compacting & TUBE TEX Machines

The shrinkage finishing treatment of knitted fabrics in tubular form and open width form on the above machines meets the exact standards set by the global customers.

Printing and Embroidery

Printing chice of varities at Anitha Texcot:
Pigment, reactive high density, foil, flock, puff, glitter, burn out, stickers and heat transfer prints. We use high speed Japanese Barudan Embroidery machines that are capable of making any kind of multi-colour embroidery and badges.

Garmenting

Overlock, flat seamers, bar tracking, needle detectors and other sewing related machines which has been imported from major companies.

Made ups

Towels – Table Napkins and Curtains – Baby Beds – Mosquito Nets – Kitchen Linen – Gloves – Aprons.
